How do I advertise in your newsletter?

Hey,

I want to advertise my email poll (wepredicted.com) in relevant small & niche newsletters, but they are, kinda by definition, hard to find. Does a central repo for newsletters (and their advertising terms) exist? If not, can someone build it please :-)
