How do I best describe my newsletter in a small sentence?

I've started a newsletter a few weeks ago and since then the idea of the newsletter has been evolving in my head as I write.

The newsletter is about the Future of Work. I am writing about how the nature of work has been changing and so the organisations.

I intend to cover a variety of topics within this theme. Things like - how people are looking for more meaningful and fulfilling work for themselves, the maker's communities, how VCs are changing, the cultural aspects of it, bootstrapping versus VCs, Unicorns vs Zebras etc

My initial description was:

Here are some ideas that I would like your feedback on:

   Ideas, thoughts and practices on how people and organisation can create a future where work is more fulfilling, humane and equitable.

3. Creating a better Future of Work. A newsletter for people interested in creating a future where work is more fulfilling, humane and equitable.
