How do I best display my services on my portfolio and attract high-value employers?

I am a Full-stack, but I am more passionate about building front-end applications. I've had a lot of experience working both as an individual frontend engineer (owning the development of a project) and in a distributed team (Collaborating with other teams to execute product deliverables).

I recently built my portfolio as a place to display my skills to employers that are looking to hire, but I am still struggling with deciding how the services page is supposed to look like.

The service I provide are:

1. Front-end development
2. Backend development
3. Full-stack development
4. Mentorship
5. Peer-programming partner.

How would you describe these skills to users visiting your portfolio?

Can you suggest examples of how this page can be best implemented?
