How do I decide, which project I should start?

I hope you are all doing well.
I currently have two Ideas which I like but I dont really know how to decide, on which one I should work on.
How do you pick the one Idea out of your 100 in your pocket?
I've been in your shoes and, with all honesty, if you're a first-time founder, my absolute advice is:
Do whichever idea you can launch the fastest...
The longest an idea takes, the lower the changes you'll finish it. Forget about the others for a while. Launch the first one. The faster the better. Get momentum. Learn and go from there. Good luck!
Talk to users and see which one actually sparks their need.
If they're willing to pay you to build it that's a great sign that it's something worth building.
Why not do both? If you like the two ideas, then set a time limit. A weekend or a month, etc. Something reasonable to get an MVP together.
Then give yourself permission to play and try the ideas out, give yourself the time-limit you set for each of the ideas. Build the MVP and see what you think then and what others think of the ideas.
You don't have to decide on one right now, you can make that choice later.
Assuming you did a market research for both ideas, I would highly prefer the one with more interesting business domain to you.
You would need to become domain expert, so better to enjoy it along the way.

Last year, we had 5 ideas to choose from. We started with Lean Canvas. It took about hour to complete Lean Canvas for each idea.
After that, we remove 3 of those and looked at the market. ( Industry, Market Size, Competitors, Time to Value ).
If both seems great, I would pick one that takes faster to ship MVP.
