How do I do emoji on IH?

on Mac you can just press Ctrl+Cmd+Space 😁

Here is what I think is going on. On most browsers on most platforms, utf8 chars are drawn as emojis by the browser. Us poor idiots running Linux are stuck with the wire frame ones.

The way platforms like Twitter and Github solve this is to make emojis explicit graphics and have an insert code like :grinning:. They convert both these tags, and also the utf8 native code point chars to img tags or bg image tags under the hood.

I am loathe to add anything to @csallen's epic IH to do list, but if this did somehow make it on, there is a great library (twimoji-amazing) that makes this pretty straightforward to implement. 🙏
