How do I find angels / VCs?

I'm a long-time Indie Hacker and professional developer but my latest indie project idea requires a bit more capital than I can come up with on my own. I've realized I'm completely clueless when it comes to figuring out where to pitch my latest idea. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to find seed-stage VCs or angels who might be interested in hearing my pitch? If it matters: Pre-MVP right now but I can produce one quickly. B2B SaaS space. I estimate I'll need around $2 million, but could possibly get by with $600k and a further post-revenue raise. (If I can figure out how to find VCs!)
