How do I find out total active users on any specific software/tool?
I need to know how to find out total active users/ monthly active users of any software/tool.
Let's suppose we are talking about Mailchimp. So I want to know how can we know the total active users/ subscribed/ paid users on Mailchimp that are now currently.
Is there any way to find out these?

I think there is not a source like that. Because the I think the big software provider do not publish these data.

Yes, I checked with Similar webs, but the tool which I want to analyze doesnt provide much data into similarwebs. I need to analyze some competition' users numbers. So that I can have a rough idea.
