The website looks super nice and the videos are well made. Have you considered producing "activity" videos? What I mean by that is videos in which you showcase what you can do at certain places (e.g. going to the food market, driving motorbike, etc.). This could be a good opportunity to monetize as people who offer such activities might want to pay to get more exposure through your videos.

It's interesting because when I plan my trips I spend a significant amount of time on YouTube to watch videos of "travel influencers" where they share their experiences and recommend places to go.

I'm currently working on a project called https://interlayer.io (https://www.indiehackers.com/product/interlayer) which tries to solve the traffic question by recommending complementary websites to visitors. Right now I'm in the process of re-launching it with a focus on a new niche but would love to get hear your feedback on it.
