how do I get out of stuck regarding building a startup?

I did a few weeks two surveys for the same topic, but with different end-user e.g. general users who want to be fit / are fit and wants to know their body progress, and the second survey was done with field expert ( dietitians and sport dietitians about workflow, needs, and process). this is what I got so far for my primary research, and I have some research-backed science papers , and reviews about competition products; however, I am getting stuck at the moment to know/identify and extract information to become a feature and start coding since I did a basic market research about industry growth, market size. This stuck is getting so bad since I haven't coded anything.

my checklist workflow to be implemented about startup building.

1. market share, size, volume, and growing yearly
2. survey your target about your idea with the right questions
3. support with second research third party, and channels ( Reddit, focus group, field expert community, hmm articles, interviews, papers, etc )
4. build a product ( MVP and launch it)
5. again surveys and interviews ( find industry gaps or new features, niche)
6. roadmap modification, business models, plan
7. product-market fit ( more targeted product )
8. content about the topic
9. technical side improvement
10. legal stuff
