How do I get quality leads?

I've built this log management solution (https://ctrlb.ai) for early age startups that lets them manage and query their logs for dirt cheap price.

How do I let others discover me? Or how do I find quality leads to cold message?

PS: I'm a tech guy. I have no experience in selling or marketing. So please feel free to give me even a simple and basic tip.
