How do I set up a hosted service?

I'm the founder and maintainer of a popular open source library and I want to provided a paid hosted service (like for example ghost, browserless, erxes, etc.)

I've already kinda dockerified it but now I want to build out the platform. Should I be using kubernetes? RBAC? Are there best practices? Guides?

Every time I try to Google this topic I have a hard time finding specific useful information as the search terms are so generic.

I'm kinda in the dark here so any help would be appreciated.
