How do I start a Digital Agency?
Hello everyone...
First of all, let me tell story behind the question.
I have some friends who had good skills and talented in UI/UX Design, Photography, 3d animations, but some of them got fired from their company because of this pandemic global situation. So, now they are jobless.
I want to help them, and I think about how to help them is to start a new Digital Agency. We grow as a team. What do you think? I need another perspective about this. So how do I start a digital agency?

people will direct you to upwork but this scheme is crazy.
you might try getting first clients in ID first before you go really international.
however it sounds - local matters and I would push this before actually becoming 'just another' agency.
but the timing is right, everyone is turning late for the online party, some won't even survive this nuclear winter.
And if you go this way, it will be on you to teach & educate your clients on how to move online only in this crazy time.

I haven't really build an agency per se - I abandoned the idea but I have spent around 7 years working in adtech.
