We have this problem in my country, I know this as a healthcare professional.
But I don't need how to start or make connections.
My current plan is to:
1-Aggregate healthcare jobs form multiple websites.
2-Focus on getting a lot of healthcare professionals to upload their CV
3-Then attract the Hospitals.
