How do prepare and test ads visuals?

I'm currently working as a fractional CMO for 3 startups, so I can tell that developing and testing ads visuals is always challenging. It tends to be a frustrating job that delays my growth experiments.

I'm curious to know how are you currently dealing with ad testing?
