How do teams organize their collaboration during hackathons?
Hey everyone, have you ever been on hackathons? Well, how do team members organize their work while building any project on a hackathon? Like, do their just use github to push anything they code into a shared repository, or probably use some collaboration tool for coding like VSCode Live Share? What was your experience?
The key is to divide the key activities, you don't want 2 people working on the same codebase since it becomes slower and messy but it depends on the team skills.
