How do we create a product that people love and buy?

I reflect – «What We need to create a product that people love and tear off with hands?»

#thoughts

  1. We need to find the demand for some solution.

  2. We need to find an essential solution to find demand.

  3. We need to do many experiments and check many hypotheses/assumptions.

  4. We need to have a list with many hypotheses for doing experiments and checking assumptions. And of course, We need a checking system.

  5. I have created a database with ideas/hypotheses that I'm validating and want to validate.

  6. There are ideas for different products, but more problem and solution ideas aiming to solve the same problem.

  7. I would like not only to be able to set up experiments and validate ideas but do it very quickly. For example, test any hypothesis in 2 weeks. It would be cool.

  8. The speed of hypothesis testing is slow now. The main reason is lack of hands.

  9. My idea – is that if a team goes slow, it's an unstaffed team.

  10. The complete team like a chair with four legs. The staffed team – like a machine for experiments and testing hypotheses with a high speed.

  11. In sum, I need to have many ideas and a complete team for creating a product that people will love and buy.

  12. I have a lot of ideas and hypotheses already. But I feel that we need more hands in our team.

  13. The tasks that our team must perform every day:
    – make prototypes for solutions/products for demos before coding;
    – make landing pages for checking demand;
    – write and publish articles (in English) for attention to landing pages;
    – write posts in social media for attention to articles;
    – talk to users and try to learn something important;
    – write code, develop MVPs, design UI/UX.

  14. We can't hire employees and pay salaries yet. We have no money for it yet. Therefore, we're looking for the same enthusiasts like ourselves. And, sure, we strive to create a product that will earn money while we sleep.

  15. Our long-term goal – is to build a global SaaS company. Therefore, we make all attempts on the US market only.

  16. Our quick and intermediate goal is to create a self-serve SaaS on the website builder market, bringing in $10k MRR.

  17. Who would be interested in joining our team and working together, even part-time – I will be glad to get to know and talk. All we need to do is in paragraph 13 =)
