How do you avoid customer service request in your Sales form
Whats the best way and or what process/automation you use to avoid customer service request landing in your CTA form or Sales form ?
Whats the best way and or what process/automation you use to avoid customer service request landing in your CTA form or Sales form ?
I’d first look at why people feel like it’s ok for that to be the channel they put the request in.
To me it would signal that customers do not understand or can’t find where to do such a request
