How do you balance building vs promoting as a solo founder? Need real advice.

I’ve been building my startup IdeaBridgeHub solo for a few months now.
It’s grown into a pretty deep platform — evidence engine, validation sprints, pro co-signs, team building, founder readiness, etc.
And lately I’m hitting a wall I didn’t expect:
I stay stuck in builder mode.
It feels productive, but I’m starting to think it’s a trap.
Some days I ship big features.
Some days I spend hours fixing a layout or a small UX detail.
But the pattern is the same — I default to coding, not reaching people.
The more I build, the more I realize something important:
#Building is comfortable.
#Distribution is uncomfortable.
#But distribution is probably what I need right now.
I’m curious how others handled this.
If you built something meaningful as a solo founder:
How did you decide when to stop polishing and start promoting?
Did you launch early with imperfections, or wait until it “felt ready”?
What’s one thing you wish you did differently during this phase?
Trying to avoid burning months in isolation.
