How do you balance Growth vs. Development?
A majority of my energy and time is being spent in development getting ready for my Alpha launch while investing the remainder into marketing plans and prepare months of Content Awareness with a project manager I hired to help me plan on the growth side.
What's a good balance to take in investing my time in these 2 critical points of a business?
