How do you capture leads on your website?

What set-up do you use to capture leads on your website? I'm talking about actually capturing a lead via a form.
I'm trying to scratch my own itch by building a tool that'll help me capture forms automatically.

Simplest: An email field
Middle ground: Drift
Most Complex: Typeform
Hey Austin, what do you use Typeform for? Demo requests?
More detailed signups - like name, email, course time.
