Hi Nastia, I am a freelance Product UX/UI designer and would love to know how and what people are looking for us.
In my case, I mainly work with clients that find me on malt.com, which is a freelancer marketplace that works pretty well in Europe and has much better clients than similar platforms.
I hope the community give us more insights.
