How do you choose which idea to start ?

Hi everyone I am new to indiehackers. I am looking to start a project but can't seem to choose an idea to start. I am a DevOps engineer. The problem I am struggling with is : how to know if a specific project can be developed and put in production with yourself as the only ressource ?

    It's hard to say without more context and information, for me I like to ask myself:

    • is it exciting and interesting for me (as I will likely need to stick with it for years)?
    • what can I charge and how big do I think the market is?
    • can I make an impact that matters to me?
    • can I build it in a remote way?

    These are things that matter to me.
