How do you connect with your sponsors?

I am trying to monetise my newsletter and I have trouble connecting with potential sponsors.
So how do you connect with sponsors for your newsletter?
Is there a platform available for the same?
Or do you reach out to potential sponsors via cold reach out?
Or is there anything else?
Really looking forward to a solution.
FYI: I run a finance newsletter with 2500 subscribers and 30% Open Rate.

I know it doesn't sound very fun, but sending tons of cold emails is one of the most consistent ways to grow :)
