    I find that reminding myself of the small wins that got me in this great pursuit of fulfilment is what keeps me going.

    You might be burnout because fear kicks in when you are feeling negative or your body is signalling to rest.

    Once you find a moment of positive energy, try to recall a goal of yours and write an task you want to accomplish next. Do that and boom, you got a momentum.

    I'm working on https://www.selfrell.com/ to remind others that you need to have a great relationship with yourself. Empower from within bro and remember of compounding growth. 🔥👍

    It is definitely important to disconnect and take some free days for resting. Another thing that helps is to surround your self with other entrepreneurs

    For me, it's a combination of things;

    1. Going to the gym regularly and getting in shape.
    2. Eating healthy
    3. Doing more things that are out of my comfort zone
    4. Taking more breaks
    5. The weekends are mine.

    Let's elaborate a little more on those points.

    1. I had to lose weight, but it unlocked a lot of energy and clarity of mind for me in return.
    2. Obvious, if you eat shit, you'll feel like shit. So make sure your nutrition is balanced.
    3. Sounds odd, but not being challenged is my biggest pitfall towards feeling sluggish and eventually "burned out."
    4. Working more hours is not equal to getting more work done. Sometimes I need to go out for a walk, or play a couple of games, to reset for an hour. It makes work feel like a part of your life more than a chore (in my case).
    5. I need time to reset and let some problems work themselves out in the back of my mind. This doesn't mean that I don't do any work over the weekends. When I work, it is because I want to play around with something or I came up with a solution to a problem, and I am excited to see if it will work.

    Combining all these points keeps me from burning out because I do my best to make work fun and an exciting part of my life instead of dreading to make means end.
