We are planning on officially launching our product in Q4 and we have made a list of things we need to have made before that. One of them being Customer Support.
We are both working a full-time job and are planning to continue that for a few years, but we still want to launch our side-hustle and slowly grow that.
But how do we ensure that our upcoming Users can come in contact with us. Our "MVP" idea for customer support is having:
Let us know what your take is and if you have any suggestions for us, let us know!
You could also get a chatbot to answer some questions while you guys are busy. Ofcourse it won't be as good as a human but it can fill some gaps while you guys are at work.
You can get Zendesk for startups for six months for free on their site. Then you can get a VA to create content there, answer help requests and run the show. It'll cover all the needs you have for your support ops.
Awesome! We'll look into that!
