    Individually, groups like this or slack groups are helpful. Our company uses slack excessively to talk about work and all kinds of topics. We hold happy hours too via zoom (as the company is remote and international). In a non-covid world, we have multiple conferences we attend in person for some face-time.

      Yes, this all helps, of course, but I think there should be something more than meetings through zoom. I also think that in the next 5 years there will be a lot of community centers for live communication.
