How do you decide on the features for your MVP?
When creating products, I wonder what framework do my fellow IndieHackers use to decide which features to include in the MVP?
By 'features' I'm referring to everything that goes into your MVP, including the UI.

I get to use this quote too many times, but I subscribe to:
I get excited about all of these cool, interesting things that my projects could be that it takes away from what I want my project to be. I'm constantly taking a hacksaw to my work.
You build what your customers ask you for -> grow in the right way -> live a happy live.

Not sure it can apply to many people but my framework is that features I need than want for myself where I, a user of my own app can benefit greatly from it.
