It's easier than ever to start a business = test and validate an idea. You can spin up a landing page, collect emails and see if there is a need for what your building!
But how do you think about the right time to "make things official" and start an actual company (ie LLC or C Corp)?
I think once you start making enough money that it becomes a requirement. That was the case for me at Makerlog, we just did quite well in ad revenue and decided to make it an LLC.

I'd say a thousand-several thousands. You'll feel it: when the traction starts giving you a gut feeling.
