How do you discover new content channels to follow?

Personally I am subscribed to approx. 5 newsletters that I discovered mainly on Twitter where people were referencing them.
Podcasts is a different story. The Apple Podcast app has a discovery mechanism build-in that gives me pretty good tips for new shows to follow.
I am not very into video content so I can’t say anything about that.

How do you discover new text, audio and video channels to subscribe to?
