How do you find business pain points without working at a company?

The time has finally come — I've optimized all my own workflows, and everything runs smoothly and fast. Time to level up, especially since I have a dream that requires real money.

So I got comfortable at my laptop and went down the YouTube rabbit hole watching "how to make a million" videos 😄

Here's my takeaway: the real sweet spot is online global products built for businesses, because they pay way more than individual users.

Which immediately raised a question: how do you actually find business pain points?
Do you really have to go work at a company first just to understand what to build?
General pains are obvious — sales, leads, automation. But I want real insight, not surface-level stuff.
