I work as a web dev for 40 hours a week, finding the energy to jump into my side project after a days work seems difficult. Those of you who do it consistently, what tips do you have?
Being honest I probably bit off more than I can chew with my project. Though I do it in spurts. Generally though after work I might have a workout, shower, my wife makes dinner and I do an hour or two before coming down to watch some TV with her. Consistency I think is the key, saying that I haven't launched yet or anything but even when I'm learning new tech for work then this is my pattern. Make sure you get plenty of sleep, eat well and don't neglect exercise. Good luck bud
If your side project doesnt excite you enough you need a new side project. But i encourage you to finish your current one before moving on.
Maybe I should collate the response from this?
