How do you follow up with users who show interest but don't proceed?

I have a digital product and I have users showing interest in my product, by asking via email how do they join, then afterwards when I send a text describing the features and how do they join and how to pay, I get no response.

In this scenario, how do you follow up? Without seeming needy or pushy & maintaining sanity?

what's the body of the email should be, any experiences appreciated

    Hey @HackerVir

What is your product? is it a SaaS, info product, or something else?

How many people show interest in your product?
How do you define "showed interest"?

It would help if you provide a little bit more context.

the product is info product, but not a book, its a video course, people showing interest in a way that everyday I get an email asking how to join. And they know it's for a price, it's more of asking how to pay

Ask details of their problem which brought them to your product in the first place. Try to help them out genuinely. You will get to know what is stopping them from buying.

Start a conversation as soon as possible if you can. Don't spam or be annoying but make a point to follow up. Some people are already sold, they just get distracted and forget.

any example of what conversation I would send? maybe send them to an article in my blog?

Nope, make it all about them. Ask them what they need. What are they working on? What are they having trouble with?

The point is to build a relationship so that, even if they're not interested in your product, later they will happily recommend you to others.
