How do you gather feedback from your readers?

How do you gather feedback from your growing subscriber base? For awhile I was simply asking readers to reply to my emails but as my list continued to grow and grow this became unmanageable and disorganized.
I'm curious as to how you deal with this as you grow?
To scratch my own itch, a co-founder and I recently created a small tool that makes polling newsletter subscribers super easy (covers one aspect of gathering feedback at least 😅) and would love to hear if it helps any of you as well.

Would a community forum around your newsletter be helpful or would that be too much to manage? These polls look good for multiple choice questions, but how could you capture longer form feedback?
Way too much work/over complicating the problem for such a simple newsletter topic, in my opinion.
Longer form feedback can still be captured when readers hit reply on the email. I offer this prompt/request at the end of each newsletter!
