How do you get customer logos for your SaaS page?

Prompted by a discussion yesterday on Twitter, I’ve been thinking about how SaaS businesses manage the customer logos they display on their sites.

If you have a SaaS product, I’d love to know the following:

(1) Do you display customer logos on your site? If not, why not?

(2) What’s your process for getting customer logos and uploading them to your site? Do you use any tools? Spare no details!

(3) Do your terms of business allow you to use customers’ logos or do you ask each customer for permission? How much effort is this?

(4) Do customers send you their logos or do you source them yourself from their publicly available assets? How much effort is this?

(5) What’s your process for actually uploading the logos for display on your site? How much effort is this?

Would also be interested if anyone is aware of any products already tackling this.

Thanks!

I haven't used this myself but there's a Figma plugin called Brandfetch which makes it easy to import brand logos (in PNG).
