The best way is maybe to create a community on slack/discord or any other tool to require feedback and collect suggestions from customers 😉

Communities are such a great way to find recurring pain points! And what are those tools for feedback, Antoine?
Maybe things like canny.io ? But all tools on the market are done for already launched startups. It's why we are creating Builders.
I think you can try slack and get feedback on it 😉 Cheaper and better way for early stage for the moment.
But in the initial stage users, might be unwilling to join a community before seeing the product or value proposition, wouldn't they?
That depends on the deal. You need to make a proposal like -50% lifetime to engage them to be active in the community.
If they got a good deal and they see that they got a real power on your development - and so they can have the perfect product for their problems -, they will join without any problem
