How do you get speakers on your podcast ?

If you are running a podcast currently and feature other folks as guests on your podcast, how do you find and select people to interview?
I am looking to create a platform for podcasters and guests to discover each other.

On my podcast - Take It EV - I just ask people around, sometimes my listeners suggest a guest, sometimes a guest suggests someone else to interview.
Just ask around and it will snowball

We are going to launch ConnectPodcast.com very soon, and have already lined up few speakers.

Oh one quick note though, I did not actually realise the telegram icon was a button. A place to put my email would have nicer IMO.
What was the process of finding these speakers ? What channels did you use?

I am still working on a Landing Page, there will be an email subscription box Instead of Telegram.
Make an excel sheet, and find out 20 people from each Niche.
(EG: 20 from Tech, 20 from Finance, 20 from Medical and more..)
Later on Email them or drop them a text on LinkedIn.

Getting speakers on-board isn't an issue.
You can offer a service where for a fees, all you have to do is take an Interview of a person over the phone for a podcast, or meet and do a podcast, and submit the same to the company hired you for this.
Revenue? You can charge on hourly basis or Give them a package.
