How do you get users feedback of your product?

I've been sending old fashioned e-mails to every user 3 days after they generate a video. We are pretty lean and have little to no code on our website so there aren't any bugs but it's good for getting feedback. I did notice however that a lot of people don't really want to talk, it's probably a bit to much work so you want to make it AS EASY AS POSSIBLE to them to leave feedback, literally as little steps as possible.

Does tawk.to have the ability to send messages based on actions or pages people are on? If so, you could possibly message users thru there giving a link to a google form or something to get started with collecting feedback.

The most common way is using web forms for each type of feedback.
But if you'd like to initiate the dialog then Hotjar polls should be helping you.

I use a tool I built called BugFeedr (https://www.bugfeedr.com)

I create the bug feedback form for a particular site and then either link to the form in the footer of my site or embed it somewhere one the site with an iframe. It’s easy and affordable, my users submit feedback all the time across all my sites.
