How do you grow a community?

Hi there,

I am growing a facebook group "community", where we help each other with tech questions.

And I want to know if you have any resources, books, podcasts etc.. where I can learn how to grow or build trust in a community.

Thanks,

There's a fantastic resource called Brick By Brick that I found ages ago: http://www.communitybuildingguide.com/

From there: "Say something controversial about your topic of choice on Twitter. See if
      people actually care or not".
Thanks! Found some ideas on that page :)

One of the key things I learned from participating in the nascent Notion Pro community is the importance of user-generated content (UGC). If your organization or product is compatible for people creating stuff, encourage them to do so! Appreciate, highlight and showcase your people's creations!

Also, I think this is a pretty good podcast on the matter: https://www.people-and.com/

I will try to implement UGC

i think you just keep doing what you're doing — you said it yourself:

where we help each other with tech questions.

cool! keep doing this on the regular and the community will begin to form and grow. you'll gain trust and folks will invite other folks to the party.
