How do you grow a community?

There's a fantastic resource called Brick By Brick that I found ages ago: http://www.communitybuildingguide.com/

One of the key things I learned from participating in the nascent Notion Pro community is the importance of user-generated content (UGC). If your organization or product is compatible for people creating stuff, encourage them to do so! Appreciate, highlight and showcase your people's creations!
