Hi everyone,
Lately, we struggle a bit with the business going up and down and not really stable.
It brought me to the point I actually think to take a full-time job to cover my living costs until we stabilize things up.
I was creating a lot of content but as the pandemic hit, my mode became darker and darker and I find it hard to focus and create quality content, you know it's a full-time job to do it.
We never did any outreach campaigns, we don't like the idea of cold emails sent to people and at the same time, as we dealing mostly with data we weren't smart enough to create white papers with clients, this costing us now a lot and convincing old clients to expose the work with them is complicated.
As I am running out of ideas and money and not sure what to do next I will love to hear how you overcame the down-the-hill feeling, how did you find new clients, and what helped you make the decision to go back to a full-time position.
From the number of clients we have, it sounds like we are in great shape, but in reality to keep everything running costs us much more.
