    Hey ShayanAli,

Getting users to subscribe to your design agency's service, especially when offering a flat monthly fee, can be an exciting yet challenging journey. Here are some strategies to consider:

Targeted Marketing: Identify your ideal customer personas. Who are they, and what design needs do they have? Tailor your marketing efforts to reach this specific audience. This could involve content marketing, paid advertising, or social media campaigns.

Compelling Website: Your website is your online storefront. Make sure it's user-friendly, visually appealing, and clearly communicates the value of your design services. Use case studies and client testimonials to build trust.

Content Marketing: Create valuable content related to design, such as blog posts, videos, or infographics. This content can showcase your expertise and attract organic traffic to your site.

Email Marketing: Build an email list and send regular newsletters or promotions to engage with potential clients. Offer exclusive deals or informative content to keep subscribers interested.

Networking: Attend industry events, both in-person and online, to connect with potential clients. Building a strong professional network can lead to referrals and partnerships.

Social Proof: Share success stories and positive client feedback on your website and social media. People are more likely to trust a service that others have had a good experience with.

Trial Periods or Demos: Offer a limited-time trial of your services or provide free design consultations. This can give potential clients a taste of what you offer.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimize your website for search engines. When people are looking for design services, you want your website to show up in the search results.

Paid Advertising: Consider using platforms like Google Ads or social media advertising to target specific demographics and promote your services.

Referral Programs: Encourage your existing clients to refer others to your agency. Offer incentives, like discounts or free months of service, for successful referrals.

Unique Selling Proposition (USP): Highlight what makes your design agency different from the competition. Whether it's your pricing structure, quick turnaround times, or exceptional customer service, make sure potential clients know what sets you apart.

Engage on Social Media: Use social media platforms to interact with your audience. Share your work, engage in conversations, and build a strong online presence.

Remember that building a client base takes time and persistence. It's about not only acquiring new clients but also retaining them. Provide excellent service, meet deadlines, and go above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. Happy clients can become your biggest advocates and help you attract more users to subscribe to your design services.

Do you think product hunt can get me users?

  5. 1

    My strategy:

    • My audiences (Twitter + LinkedIn) + #BuildInPublic (Sharing EVERYTHING about your project and how you build + launch + grow it)
    • Contacts / Network
    • Product Hunt and related
    • Reddit and related
    • Cross promotion / partnerships (with newsletters, for example)
    • SEO

Street marketing aka Gorrila marketing. We went to networking events around Charlotte NC, just putting our product in people's hands.

    1. This puts a face to the brand. (people like to know they can trust you)

    2. I got rejected quickly (and learned from it).

    3. Used a CRM tool to organize potential leads. (name, company email, #)

    Best wishes!!

You should try these proven techniques:

    • SEO: optimize your website and content for relevant keywords and phrases that your target audience is searching for online

    • Ads: Running paid ads on Google and Facebook

    • Co-marketing: Partnering with other SaaS companies or influencers who have a similar or complementary audience to yours.

Most of our website's traffic comes from organic search results that we get through our Blog posts. SEO takes time, though, and expertise.
Viral social media posts can skyrocket your users. If you follow trends and stay consistent, you will get there. You can show off your unique service with a high-quality edit and service that shouldn't be too hard.

I don't know what's your pricing, but if it's a high-cost service, I would recommend cold outreach to businesses and people who have horrible designs and no real visual identity.

Hustle, stay consistent with your quality, and don't give up.

Hi can I know how you do blog seo research to get traffic ?

  9. 1

I think for an agency, investing in SEO is a good strategy. It takes time but you will have a constant flow of leads. Try focusing on subniches you are specialized and write about it.

  10. 1

create landing page template, blog templates, limited admin templates etc. and give them away for free. Have a landing page where you demonstrate your design. Create profile on dribble etc.

Discuss designs on twitter. Write content about your design process and how it helped your clients in blog. Have testimonials from your clients.
