How do you guys "productize" your products?

I always find that I have some really fun idea for a product that I think fills a gap in the market, then spend 70-90% of the time just working on productization (projects, permissions, inviting team members, etc.) when I'd rather spend all the time working on the core product.

This is already on top of using lots of managed services for auth, hosting, etc.

I know services like RapidAPI exists which alieviate some of that kind of logic, but wondering if anyone has any recipies for taking that 70-90% down to 20-30%.
