How do you handle monthly subscription/payment in b2b?

Hi.
I’m sure this varies from place to place. But if you have monthly subs to your service, what are the payment form your customers prefer?

We have a mobile app and a Webpage.

Is it credit card and a system like stripe ?
An invoice that the customer gets each month?

What are your experience?
