How do you handle random async tasks/requests?

Hey folks,

How do you deal with random requests that come from co-workers/family/friends that you just don't want to do right now?

I'm referring to things like, "Hey, can you review this deck", "How can I do X, Y, Z in this internal tool", "What should we get Mum for her birthday?".

Also, do you have dedicated time each day/week where you can focus on these items?
