How do you keep motivated on your hustle?
Hmm I have tried to launch a site in 2 year back . After few months of launching not much traffic gave me frustration. And I finally shut it down.
Although I learned a lot . Now I am looking forward to start something new. I am from technical background. May be its hard for me to understand the concepts of sales and marketing. Suggestions welcome !!
For me, it's seeing results that keeps me motivated, and for that I need to keep the momentum going, by posting regularly on social media for example. The engagement from social media is sometimes enough to stay engaged in the project, as it brings new people and customers. Most importantly, to keep in mind why this project matters and why you started it in the first place. Cheers!

Can't agree more that the best motivation is seeing the actual result. I could keep refreshing the Analytics and Payments dashboards all day.
With a Web product, it's hard since you have to do the acquisition from 0. It's hard, I've been through that experience as well.
On the other hand, there's other type of products that don't need so much effort to receive first feedback. For instance, iOS applications. Basic ASO can give you 20-40 downloads per day with 2-4 trials per day from day 1.
