How do you keep track of ideas and what you’re building?
I’ve been reading levelsio’s indie hacker book and he mentioned that he used a workflow to keep track of ideas. It makes sense mostly but for the part where he judges a built product as a success and failure, which a reason why. If anyone follows a similar method, how do they judge the idea as a success or failure, and determine a reason why?
Well, success/failure is relative, you have to make your own systems for that.
Start by determining what you want, and try to put numbers on it in a way or another.
Then, plan experiments to test your idea. Example: Getting at least 2% CTR on your Reddit/Google Ads.
Putting numbers on stuff you do allow you to get a simple pass/fail result, so you can know where is the issue from.
