How do you keep your customers engaged and update them regularly?

What's the best way to keep my customers update about what's happening with the product?
Any of you have some recommendations? Either with groups on Discord, or a Circle community? Or is there a software that can do that for me?

    Discord/Slack Community

    Can all be utilized to keep customers updated on the product. Most important is to have a 1 channel where you post all the updates to make it easier for people (the community is great as it'll keep your most engaged audience members very engaged but doing it publicly also has marketing benefits)
