How do you know what type of business to create, LLC, Sole proprietorship, non profit?

My plan was to get everything set up before starting but I already have someone interested in my services so I will probably keep it under my name for now but how do you know what route to take?

I am building a business that will teach teachers how to incorporate programming in their classes. I will have videos and courses for the students to follow so the teachers only need to facilitate if they want to. I will train the teachers and give them the fundamentals of programming.
