How do you know your business-critical flows are working?

Hey so I run https://uppington.io , currently at 2 customers and doing a bunch of marketing to add more but I like hearing how people are going about solving the current issue I’m solving with uppington

I know there’s a bunch of services out there that lets you know when your website is down but your website can be up and for example the “Create Note”/“Build” etc. button on your site is not visible or not behaving as intended when clicked.

So that beg the question, how do you know your business critical flows are working as intended regularly? Do you use google analytics? Daily automation ran to test these flows?
