How do you learn about your market and prospective target audience?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to learn about how you all dive deeper into your target audiences as you explore new problems or try to expand niches.

I've been using Sparktoro to figure out some high-level info before diving in. Have you guys found success with Sparktoro and/or do you all have any other ways you like to research a target audience?
