Hey IndieHackers!! DaveO from MTL here.
Curious about your team's decision making practices and how you harvest collective intelligence.
We have build our company to foster knowledge growth and correcting for cognitive biases. Our main markets are within investments.
Eager to hear your thoughts on how we may execute this and increase impact in the market.
What worked best for me and my team was setting clear and transparent objectives.
We organise our objectives as a hierarchy: Annual goals, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly.
And each goal is a subgoal of a higher period.
This helps keeping in sight our long-term objectives. But also it empowers everyone in the team and they can see how even a small boring task is linked to a bigger mission.
